Terms of Service for Costa Rica Scavenger Hunt
1. Participants have 7 days to complete the Tamarindo Scavenger Hunt and must follow all instructions fairly—no cheating or falsified entries will be accepted.
2. Safety is a priority; please stay aware of your surroundings, respect private property, and obey local laws.
3. Businesses may offer special promotions as part of the Hunt, subject to their own terms.
4. By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, and Tamarindo Scavenger Hunt is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Costa Rica Scavenger Hunt
- Unused Codes: If you need to cancel your scavenger hunt booking before using your game code, we are happy to offer a full refund or reschedule your experience for a future date.
- Used Codes: Once a game code has been activated, we are unable to offer refunds.
- Rescheduling & Future Credits: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your scavenger hunt, please contact us. We may be able to issue a future credit on a case-by-case basis.
Photography & Media Release
By participating in the all Costa Rica Scavenger Hunts(“Activity”) you grant Costa Rica Scavenger Hunt and it’s representatives permission to capture and use photographs, video, and other media featuring you and your group during the Activity. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements, and marketing materials, without compensation or further approval.
If you do not wish to be included in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the start of the Activity.
By booking and participating, you acknowledge and agree to this media release.
