Tamarindo Scavenger Hunt Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

• Unused Codes: If you need to cancel your scavenger hunt booking before using your game code, we are happy to offer a full refund or reschedule your experience for a future date.
• Used Codes: Once a game code has been activated, we are unable to offer refunds.
• Rescheduling & Future Credits: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing your scavenger hunt, please contact us. We may be able to issue a future credit on a case-by-case basis.
